Terms & Conditions for the
MOSAIC GLOBE CREATIVITY COMPETITION

Works submitted for competition can be of any subject matter in any medium. MosaicGlobe reserves the right to reject competition applications at its discretion and for any reason including, but not limited to, any violation of the terms outlined in the MosaicGlobe Terms of Service. This agreement is an addition to the existing Terms of Service as it relates to the competition as does not in any way amend or replace that agreement. All personal information shared with MosaicGlobe Inc. is considered private under the terms of our privacy policy.

Only original works of art created solely by the entrant will be considered. Winners will be selected for originality, creativity and technical proficiency. All submitted sites will be reviewed. Entries will be prejudged and finalist will be selected by a selection committee.

Content Ownership and Accountability
All content posted, published and/or uploaded to a MosaicGlobe site is considered to be owned by the account holder. However, MosaicGlobe retains a world-wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content solely for the purpose of promoting MosaicGlobe’s services for as long as a user is a MosaicGlobe customer. Applicant works of art may be displayed to the public for publicity purposes with credit and copyright notification given to the creator.

Account holders are entirely responsible for their site’s content. By posting, publishing or uploading content to their website, the site user represents that such user has all rights necessary to post content without violation of any intellectual property or other rights or any laws or regulations. Account holder acknowledges that they have sufficient written permission of any recognizable models and appropriated material appearing in their work to be able to grant to MosaicGlobe Inc. right to publish their submission online, and hereby grant to MosaicGlobe Inc. such right. Misrepresentation of ownership is grounds for competition disqualification and account termination.

Additional Contest Rules
In addition to the terms and conditions above, contest entries must abide by the following rules.

  • All entries must be received by the date and time as stated.
  • The competition is open to any MosaicGlobe account holder in good standing according to the terms of services
  • MosaicGlobe employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • The Application form must be completed fully.
  • Mailed and emailed entries are not accepted.
  • MosaicGlobe Inc.  will not be held responsible for mailed content.
  • The jurors reserve the right to recategorize entries.
  • All decisions of the judges are final.
  • Awards will be delivered within 30 days of notification.
  • Winners will be notified of winnings via email. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 15 days, the prize will be forfeited.
  • MosaicGlobe Inc. is not responsible for email that is unable to reach the recipient due to filtering.
  • Winners will need to provide a physical address or PayPal information to be awarded. If the winner does not provide this information within 15 days, the prize will be forfeited.
  • Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state or local taxes, tariffs or import duty fees.
  • Non-winning entrants will not be individually notified of the results.
  • MosaicGlobe Inc. reserves the right to substitute non-cash prizes of equal value to the advertised prize should it become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash value.
  • Non-US residents will receive cash prizes via PayPal only
  • Non-US residents are ineligible to participate if PayPal is not available in their country.
  • Shipping costs are included with non-cash prizes only to U.S. addresses. Non-U.S. residents are responsible for international shipping costs.
  • This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Additionally, if local laws in your place of residence make this contest illegal, do not enter the contest.
  • This contest is void where prohibited.

Entering the MosaicGlobe Creativity Competition implies consent to this agreement.
